Guest Post by Emily{This Lovely Life}

Hi! I'm Emily and I blog over at This Lovely Life Thank you to Brittany for inviting me!
This is my first guest post. I had really no idea what to do a post on. A thought came to me the other day about how God made each person unique. He had a design for every person specifically for them. Sometimes I struggle,as all people do, with accepting myself. Then I remembered that I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
KJV Psalms 139:14-I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:
marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Isn't it wonderful to know that we were designed by God?!  He had a special blue print made up just for you. He decided what color eyes and hair you would have. He decided how tall you would be. He decided to make you with curly or straight hair. He decided what kind of talents to give you. He gave you a unique voice. Everything,down to the last detail was designed by God. You know something? I think He had fun doing it. So imagine how He must feel when we become so unhappy with how He made us. It's sort of like when you make someone a present. You are so excited to give it to them! You can't wait to see their face! You present it to them and they start pointing out stuff that they don't like about it. They criticize your designs and artwork. Of course it hurts your feelings. I think that is how God feels when we become critical of how He made us. I still struggle with my self some,but Psalms 139:14 gives me strength and encouragement. God created so many wonderful things,but when He created man, He created him in His likeness.(Genesis 1:26-27)  Isn't God wonderful! I hope that you got something from this! Below I added some encouraging and lovely pictures:)

Thanks again to Brittany for inviting me to guest post! You have a beautiful blog!
Have a great day everyone!
